Before we start
Can you deploy on our servers?
Yes. We first assess compute resources, availability requirements, model licences and your ability to operate the solution.
Can we keep data away from external AI services?
We can design a local environment. External dependencies, telemetry and updates are reviewed separately and documented in the architecture.
Do we need to train a model from scratch?
A pretrained model, document retrieval or fine-tuning is often sufficient. We test the choice against your data and agreed criteria.
What if our data is not ready?
We start by reviewing sources, quality and access rights, then define what to collect, clean or label before a pilot.
What determines cost and delivery time?
Scope, data readiness, quality requirements, infrastructure and integrations. We estimate after agreeing the boundaries of the work.
Can we start with a small task?
Yes. We choose a limited use case with a measurable outcome, evaluate the approach and then decide on further deployment.
